The username on the ITC Alumni portal consists of 'lastnamenumber' and should not contain @alumni.itc.nl as was the case in the previous environment. (Some alumni accounts only consist of a name and lack the former ITC student number.)

Go To https://www.alumni.itc.nl/network/

Click Forgot password

Fill username (namenumber)

And click submit

An email will be send to your private email address which will let you activate your Alumni account and set a password. Please check your spam folder if the email ends up there.

Only for eligible Alumni

A new ArcGIS online account will be created automatically when you login for the first time in ArcGIS online. You must have an alumnus account first. The account name is the same as the login to the alumni portal.

If you need to migrate data from your old account to your new account then please get in touch with us. You should first login with your new account otherwise the data can’t be moved. After that, send an email to alumni-itc@utwente.nl specifying your alumni account and the request to have your data moved.

The new account does not use multi factor authentication.

You can use your new alumnus account to login to ArcGIS online in order to obtain a license for ArcGIS Pro. See the following page for all details: ESRI software donation

In ArcGIS Pro select the named user license, then login to the itcalumni ArcGIS online portal to obtain a license.
