SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST FOR A TRANSCRIPT OF YOUR ITC DEGREE, DIPLOMA OR CERTIFICATE

BEFORE YOU SUBMIT THE FORM PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

Request for transcripts can only be submitted by the person to whom the original document was issued
Costs can be charged by the ITC
Requests to provide any new document based upon new information cannot be honoured
ITC provides official documents, based upon information stated by the student upon his/ her studies at ITC. This information (i.e. name, date of birth, nationality) is (was) being used within ITC’s administration as well as the Netherlands governmental administration
After verification, the transcript will be processed and this can take up to 25 days so make sure to apply on time to avoid disappointment. A statement of the alumni office can be send too and can be requested at studentservices@utwente.nl
